Chapter 2 - Spotting Risks in Meme Coins
IN THIS LESSON
Liquidity Matters
Liquidity = how much money is in a coin’s trading pool (e.g., on Raydium). Low liquidity = big price swings or stuck tokens.
Example: $1,000 liquidity means a $100 buy could pump it 10%, but you can’t sell without crashing it.
Safe Zone: Look for >$10,000 liquidity (check memecoin.doctor).
Risk: Thin pools = whale playgrounds—they dump, you drown.
